In general we handle all orders received before noon the same day and the afternoon and night orders are shipped the next morning. All orders are handled and shipped within latest one business day. In busy periods, such as national holidays, slightly longer handling times may be expected.

The delivery time depend on the choice of shipping.

We recommend to always choose UPS Express as shipping method for a fast and safe delivery within 1-3 business days from our warehouses.

No, you will not be charged any extra fees for importing products from Switzerland. We pay for all custom duties & VAT from Switzerland into your country.

You can use your discount code on your next shop order by filling the code in at the checkout where it says "discount". Click on "apply" and your discount will be applied automatically.
Note : discount codes cannot be used to be deducted from already placed orders nor can they be used on orders part of a subscription to our Auto Ship Program.

As soon as we received and registered your return, we will refund your payment. The complete processing of the refund can take up to 2 weeks.

You will find your invoice in your package. You can pay your invoice after receiving the goods you ordered. You can use the payment slip on your invoice, or you can pay by using our IBAN (if the latter is the case, please remember to use your customer number and the invoice number as reference).
In case you can’t find any payment information on your invoice, you were approved for payment by invoice by our payment partner MF Group/PowerPay. You will receive an invoice from our payment partner shortly after receiving your package. For more information, please visit
